Ginger Juice

Ginger juice is very good for your body it helps with inflammation in the body. Helps combat nausea, also aids digestion. Ginger has antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties to help fight infections and boost your immunity.

1 lb  fresh ginger

1 – ½ litres filtered water

1 large lemon

1 large Lime

  1. Clean and chop ginger
  2. Add the ginger and lemon and lime juice squeezed into a large powerful blender / Vitamix
  3. Add 1 litre of water, more if necessary
  4. Blend until ginger becomes fine. Using Stainless Steel Strainer Funnel pour strained Juice into a clean bottle/s and store in the fridge.
