Avocado Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 Large avocado
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil – melted
  • 2 pitted dates– soaked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon agave 


Add all ingredients to a bowl (use a hand blender) or a small food processor and blend until smooth (taste for sweetness and chocolate taste – add more cacao or agave if necessary) Add the oil and blend place in a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serves one – two people
