These childrens Ice- Lollies recipes are great for the Summer or just for a treat and healthy at the same time
Banana and Chocolate
3 Bananas
1 Tablespoon – Cacao powder or vegan chocolate spread
3 dates
1 Cup – Plant based milk of your choice
Method
Blend and pour into lolly pop moulds
Freeze until firm
Strawberries and cream
2 Cups – Strawberries
1 Tablespoon – Agave
1 Cup soaked Cashews
½ Cup – Filtered water
1 Teaspoon – Vanilla extract
Method
Blend all ingredients and pour into moulds
Freeze until firm

Lemon Ice
2 Cups – Filtered water
Juice of 1 ½ Large lemon
1 ½ Tablespoon – Maple syrup or agave
Method
Blend and pour into moulds
Freeze until firm
Layered Fruit Lolly
1 Cup – Strawberries
1 Cup – Blueberries
½ Cup – Mango pieces
Method
Blend each fruit separately and pour on fruit at a time into mould, so you get a layered effect.
Freeze until firm
