Avocado contains the carotenoid lutein, an antioxidant that helps protect the eyes from oxidative stress damage leading to poor vision and cataracts.
There is also a high potassium content, around 30 percent more than banana which is beneficial toward reducing blood pressure.
So try and add an Avocado to your meal at least 3 times a week
